Coming of Age Around the Country

Coming of Age was launched in Philadelphia in 2002 to help people age 50+ explore their futures, promote their connection and contribution to their communities, and build stronger nonprofits. The idea has spread and a number of communities throughout the country have replicated the Philadelphia model. Through collaborative efforts, the communities listed below have established websites and some or all of these offerings: the Inspiring Opportunities e-newsletter, trainings, workshops, and information about paid and unpaid opportunities to help people 50+ make a difference.
