Welcoming Center Holds Town Meeting

Small business is the economic backbone of Philadelphia. From corner groceries to clothing stores, Philadelphians rely on the goods and services provided by entrepreneurs -- many of whom are immigrants. Their challenges and triumphs are a key part of the city's resilience during this economic downturn. The Welcoming Center will hold a town-hall meeting and panel discussion for business owners and neighborhood residents to identify the most pressing integration issues for immigrants and native-born business leaders and discuss solutions.
