As little as 90 minutes of sleep (reaching the REM cycle) sets off a process that allows the brain to consolidate and solidify memories. The study also reports that a regular amount of sleep -- seven to eight hours a night -- is ideal for all phases of health. So...enjoy your nap and dream on!
